He has led the InstallShield Software Corporation into becoming a leader of innovative software development solutions and a brand recognized by software developers worldwide.

Viresh has been awarded multiple industry awards including: KPMG’s “Illinois High Tech Award,” Ernst & Young’s “Software Entrepreneur of the Year Award” as well as being recognized in Silicon India Magazine’s “Top 100.” He also has been touted by top Chicago business publication, Crain’s Chicago Business, the “Forty under Forty: Executives to Watch” and the “Who’s Who in Chicago Business” list; just to name a few.

Viresh served as president and co-founder of TiE Midwest. In addition, he has been a member of the Northwestern University McCormick School of Engineering’s Advisory Board. Viresh has a degree in computer science from Northwestern University.

Akash founded LeewayHertz Technologies. Under his leadership, LeewayHertz has grown quickly; attracting world class talent and consumers to the company.

His skills in usability, interface design, system architecture and client relations have motivated the company toward enhancing aesthetics, usefulness and functionality of products and interactions of LeewayHertz.

Akash has a Master’s degree in Computer Applications from Indraprastha University.  He has also been awarded the prestigious Indira Gandhi Priyadarshini Award for 2008 as well as being nominated for India’s Most Popular Entrepreneur by Sun Microsystems Sun Startup Essentials in 2009.

Rajesh Takyar heads the Information Technology team at LeewayHertz. Rajesh has over 20 years experience in the IT and web solutions industry. It is his leadership that guides our IT team in their seamless delivery of web, SaaS and mobile application solutions.

Lance Dailey is our Senior Solutions Specialist located in our US headquarters in the greater Chicago area. In addition to assisting customers from both the United Kingdom and the Americas, Lance also establishes robust strategies and bulletproof processes for the global sales and business development team. Lance is no stranger to building world-class, customer-focused organizations that don't merely generate steady revenue growth, but delight their customers along the way.

The majority of his expertise has contributed to high-tech corporations based out of the Midwest and the West Coast of the US, with offices literally around the world. Companies in this esteemed list are InstallShield Software Corporation, Macrovision (now Ravi Corporation), and Acresso (now Flexera Software). Additionally, Lance's vast professional background includes managing customer experiences in positions affiliated with Volkswagen AG, Guitar Center, and multiple television production companies.

His approach and management style is aligned with the acclaimed FISH! Lance earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Communications and a minor in Business from Southern Illinois University.

Hardeep Singh supervises our team of developers and QA engineers. In this capacity, he is in charge of development of IT strategies, management of project execution, and supervision of our Research & Development team. Hardeep received his Master’s degree in Computer Applications from Indraprastha University in Delhi, India.

Mansi is working as the VP of Marketing at LeewayHertz since 2006. With more than 5+ years of rich industrial experience in planning, conceptualization and execution her responsibilities range from setting overall corporate strategy, market positioning and branding.Mansi is responsible for the strategy, tactics and programs to create interest, demand and recognition for the company and its services through the use of PR, seminars, creative services, advertising, strategic relationships, direct, event, channel and online marketing.
She holds a Masters degree in Marketing & Business Administration from Institute of Management Technology.
