At LeewayHertz we respect the value and privacy of your intellectual property. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) at your request.

All intellectual property and source code developed by LeewayHertz for your app remains the sole property of you, the Client. You retain complete ownership of all collateral produced for a project.

LeewayHertz forwards Ad-Hoc distribution releases to you as updates and changes are made to your app. You can view these changes from your iPhone devices as they are made. You give the final approval before the app is released. (A full explanation of our Ad-Hoc distribution releases will be detailed in the proposal for the project.)

LeewayHertz will handle all the necessary steps for submitting your app to Apple, Inc. We regularly review and discuss these processes with you as each step is completed. On completion of the process, and with your final approval, your app will be submitted for sale at the App Store.

At LeewayHertz, we know our job is not finished upon successful sale and delivery of your app to the App Store. Once your app is on the market, you may realize the need for changes, or have new ideas for improving your product. We work closely with you to make these changes and improvements.

For major changes to the app we bill at a fixed rate. For minor changes, we charge an hourly rate.
